I am a cat…

The Evil Fred & George Bofur

I have decided I am a cat.  Well, maybe not an ACUTAL cat, but I share many similarities.

1. I am hard to sort out.
2. It is difficult to determine my age.
3. I like being clean.
4. I enjoy a lot of leisure time.
5. I eat what I want, when I want it.
6. If somebody tells me what to do, I’m NOT apt to do it.
7. If I’m petted and pampered, I’ll like you.

Furniture

Just remembered I said we got some new furniture. Well, here is some of it:

My chair.

It’s black leather and has a matching ottoman. I like it a lot!

Glass and metal table

We got a set of three glass tables. Two end tables and this coffee table. Apparently The Evil Fred has laid claim to this one. He seems to enjoy the feeling of “hovering” above the floor and George Bofur. I also have seen Bofur bump his furry head on the underside of the table. He is sort of dim.

Loony bin

1 05 2008

I think I live in a loony bin, or perhaps I should. Every day and night, for as long as I can remember, I have had a song in my head. Not the same song, thankfully, but some song or other. If I wake up during the night, there is a song running through my brain. The music will often invade my dreams as well. When I wake in the morning, the song is still there. Usually after I get up and turn on TV or the radio it will finally leave me. I am grateful for that. It makes me sometimes feel a bit loony.

Speaking of loony, The Evil Fred has stolen and eaten the ends off of Andy’s ear plugs. George Bofur, whilst rolling around on a dining room chair, rolled right off and onto the floor with an embarrassing thud. He seemed mortified. Neither would eat a dab of tuna I presented to them.  Both of them are banging around the place in chase. But why are they running? What are they running from?

I think I’m bound for the loony bin. Want to come along?

Be my valentine, please?
